WOW, the Lord has been moving this week guys! To start off I GOT BAPTIZED! Getting baptized again has been on my heart for over a year now, but I never really felt like I had a stable enough foundation with any churches at home, and I really wanted to be baptized by someone who knew me and my story. Soooo my good friend Alayna Wood baptized me on Thursday and it was one of the most beautiful moments ever. Alayna knows so much of me, and she has been such a big supporter throughout my entire journey with the Lord, and she is also the reason I found out about the race! I met her on Mackinac last year and we spent much of the summer together. She loves the Lord so much, and watching her experience on the race really inspired me. It’s honestly amazing that she was there in the beginning of my journey and now was able to baptize me, God really had a plan. I’m so grateful for Alayna!

Some other things that happened this week: EVANGELISM DAY!! Wow, you ever know how many people are struggling and need prayer until you go up and ask them. On Friday our squad had the opportunity to go to our local supermarket and evangelize. It was quite scary going up to strangers and asking them if they need prayer for anything, and while many did reject us, most were open, and some actually really needed prayer! It was honestly amazing seeing how the Spirit led us to meet such amazing people. It was such a blessing being able to hear there stories, tell them about Jesus, and pray over them. The Lord already knew who He wanted us to encounter and He really used us as a vessel to plant a seed in each and every one of them. I couldn’t be anymore grateful for this experience, and I’m excited to be able to do this more while on the field!

Next week our squad is off to Mississippi, where we will be doing our domestic ministry at a Native American reservation! I can’t wait to see what God will do with us there and I will be sure to keep you all updated! That’s all for this week as I am currently sick with a cold. Please be praying for health and healing over my squad. Love you all!

I still need support with fundraising! If you feel called to partner with me here is my link:
